Enhancements and Updates to API
Create and Update Budgets Through the API

Action Required: None
Clients can now create and update budget data programmatically through the API using POST and PUT operations. Previously, clients could not create or update budget data through the CounselLink API. This required clients to enter budgets manually or rely on indirect workarounds.
Work Intake API
Updated the GET/ucdf/{entity}/{entityGuid} endpoint to allow users to update intake fields, even when they are configured for certain division/offices.
